BAC Registration & Donation
BAC offers many programs, camps and clinics for everyone from 3 year olds through Adult.
Online registration can be used for any program that BAC has available. Some of these programs might not be taking registrations at the moment and might be closed. When you start the registration process the system will tell you what programs are available for your player to participate in.
Follow the steps below if registering for the first time:
- Step 1 - Set up your Household Information
- Step 2 - Register a Participant - Here is where you will enter the information of the players registering
- Step 3 - Pick a season/program
- Step 4 - Select or enter parent information, emergency contact and medical information
- Step 5 - Waivers - read and accept
- Step 6 - Register additional participants or for additional tryouts (repeat step 3-5. You do not need to re-enter parent info. Just select the name(s) from the dropdown boxes)
- Step 7 - Donation page - optional
- Step 8 - Review Cart
- Step 9 - Checkout - please pay with Visa, Mastercard or Discover. We do not accept American Express or checks at this time. If you do wish to pay by check, contact Carol at burkeathletic@gmail.com.
DONATION ONLY: If you wish to make a donation without registering for a sport, you will need to create a household account if you do not already have one. If you would like to receive a donation letter for tax purposes, please email Carol at burkeathletic@gmail.com.
Cost Information associated with Registration for Seasonal play
Fee Information:
- Fairfax County has imposed an $8.00 per player administrative fee for rectangular field use and $5.50 for gym use, per season, effective Aug 1, 2016
- Sports Scholarships (Financial Aid): If you qualify for the school lunch program or other public assistance, you may qualify for the youth Sports Scholarship Program. For more information about applying for a scholarship, click here.
Note For Out Of County Residents:
- The county imposes a $30 per player fee for field and gym use, per season, for players residing out of Fairfax County. Due to the increase of out of county participants BAC will be charging out of county residents this fee at the time of registration.
Tryout Registrations:
- There is no fee for travel soccer tryout registration
Refund Policy:
Refund Requests must be made in writing by email to burkeathletic@gmail.com two weeks prior to the first game or camp session. Refunds will be issued as followed:
- Waitlisted players that cannot be placed on a team will receive a full refund
- Early and on-time players that request to drop 2 weeks prior to the first game will be charged a $25 fee to cover overhead and administrative fees
- Late registrants requesting a refund 2 weeks prior to the first game will receive amount paid less the late fee and the $25 fee to cover overhead and administrative fees
- Administrative fees, donations, and late fees are not refundable
- Refund requests not made at least 2 weeks prior to the first scheduled game or camp session will not be honored
- Field Hockey refund requests must be made two weeks prior to the first session date
- Please allow 1-2 weeks to process your request
